Poshmark automation, with the limits spelled out

For most Poshmark sellers who also list elsewhere, the first job is delisting: an item that sells on Poshmark should come down from eBay, Depop and the rest without you opening them. A sale on eBay, Depop, Etsy, Grailed, Vinted or Mercari takes the item off Poshmark. A Poshmark sale takes it off those marketplaces. Whatnot sale checks are not running yet. Paid plans check Poshmark about every 30 minutes, and the free plan every 4 hours.
Follows, offers to likers and repricing
Auto-follow, offers to people who liked your items, and a repricer that applies your stale-listing price rules are all opt-in. They are off until you switch them on and set the limits.
Crosslisting to and from Poshmark
Copy a Poshmark listing with its photos into eBay, Depop, Etsy, Grailed, Vinted or Mercari, or use another marketplace as the source for Poshmark. eBay needs your eBay business policies turned on. Etsy takes vintage items only, as drafts. Whatnot listings arrive as drafts without photos, so you add the photos on Whatnot.
What we have seen go wrong
In September and October 2026, two accounts sharing from our cloud servers were each flagged by Poshmark after about 1,000 shares in 3 to 5 hours, and one was still refused 28 hours later. We capped cloud sharing at 800 a day and slowed it down. It is not a guarantee, and we have no browser history to report yet. Poshmark automation FAQ
What can FLIPSAIL automate on Poshmark?
Sharing your own listings, following, sending offers to people who liked your items, repricing stale listings by your rules, and delisting an item when it sells somewhere else. When an item sells on another marketplace (other than Whatnot, where sale checks are not running yet), FLIPSAIL removes its Poshmark copy, and a Poshmark sale removes the copies elsewhere.
Is Poshmark automation allowed?
No. Poshmark's Community Guidelines say it does not allow unauthorized programs or other forms of automation, including sharing, following and unfollowing. Using any share bot, FLIPSAIL included, is at your own risk. We pace every action and let you set the limits.
How many shares a day does Poshmark allow?
Poshmark publishes no limit, and we do not call any number safe. Vendors and forums quote figures from 4,000 to 10,000 a day. Two accounts using FLIPSAIL's cloud sharing were flagged by Poshmark after about 1,000 shares in 3 to 5 hours, so cloud sharing is now capped at 800 a day, 45 to 90 seconds apart. Yes. After a one-time connection in Chrome, sale checks and delisting run on our servers. Paid plans check Poshmark about every 30 minutes and the free plan every 4 hours, so a second buyer inside that window is still possible.
Does it work with Poshmark's posting limits?
Poshmark retired its 60-day relisting policy on July 23, 2026. FLIPSAIL does not rely on relisting to keep Poshmark listings fresh, and nothing here asks you to delete and repost.
