Cloud cross-listing is selling the same item on several marketplaces at once, with inventory kept in step by a server rather than a browser extension. When the item sells on one marketplace, the service removes it from the others without your browser being open.
How is cloud cross-listing different from browser-based tools?
Browser-based tools only work while your browser is open and your computer is awake. Cloud tools like FLIPSAIL run on remote servers, so sale checks and delisting continue with your computer off. FLIPSAIL still needs Chrome once, to connect your marketplaces.
Which platforms does FLIPSAIL support for cloud cross-listing?
FLIPSAIL checks for sales on Poshmark, eBay, Depop, Mercari, Etsy, Whatnot, Grailed and Vinted, and you can crosslist from any of them. You can crosslist into Poshmark, eBay, Depop, Mercari, Grailed, Whatnot (as a draft), Vinted and Etsy (vintage items only, as drafts, because Etsy only allows resale of items 20+ years old). Grailed holds new listings until you connect PayPal there.
How fast does cloud cross-listing sync work?
On paid plans FLIPSAIL checks most marketplaces for sales every 30 minutes (eBay also notifies it directly; Grailed and Vinted are checked between every 30 minutes and every 4 hours). The free plan checks every 4 hours. It delists across your other connected platforms as soon as it sees a sale, which makes double-selling rare, though not impossible.
Do I need a separate account for each platform?
Yes. You need a seller account on each marketplace you want to list on. FLIPSAIL connects to your existing accounts and keeps inventory in step between them. It does not create accounts for you.
