Vendoo vs Crosslist (2026): Prices, Limits and Auto-Delist

Vendoo is $14.99 to $59.99 with unlimited items and auto-delist on every plan. Crosslist is $29.99 to $44.99 with listing caps, and auto-delist only on Gold and Diamond. Checked on both vendors' pages, October 2026.

Vendoo costs less for what most sellers want: $14.99 a month gets unlimited items and auto-delist. Crosslist starts at $29.99 with a cap of 200 listings, and its docs say auto-delist needs Gold ($39.99) or Diamond ($44.99). Crosslist's edge is that eBay and Etsy delisting runs on its servers, so it does not need your computer for those two. Prices from each vendor's pricing page, October 2026.

Both are crosslisters with a mobile app and a long marketplace list. They differ in how they charge. Vendoo sells by features and leaves items unlimited. Crosslist sells by listing count, and the tier you need for auto-delist is the third of four.

Which one delists without your computer?

Crosslist, partly. Its autodelist documentation describes server-based autodelist for eBay, Etsy, Shopify and WooCommerce, and extension-based autodelist for the rest, where your computer and browser must stay active. Sales are typically detected within 15 minutes, with Vinted up to 30. It adds that autodelist only applies to sales detected after you enable it.

Vendoo, no. Its help article says "Your computer must be turned on and connected to the marketplaces for sale detection and automatic delist to work correctly," with Vendoo open in a browser tab, scanning every ten minutes. It covers eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, Depop and Whatnot. If most of your sales are on Poshmark, Depop or Mercari, both tools need your browser for them. If most are on eBay or Etsy, Crosslist's server side matters. More tools are in our table of who delists with the computer off.

Which is cheaper for a growing closet?

Vendoo, as the closet grows. Crosslist's cheapest tier stops at 200 listings and Diamond is the only unlimited one at $44.99. Vendoo's unlimited Starter is $14.99, but its automation (sharing, auto offers) starts at Pro, $59.99. For crosslisting and auto-delist only, Vendoo Starter is $25 to $30 a month below Crosslist Gold and Diamond, the two plans that include auto-delist. If you want sharing and offers as well, Vendoo Pro at $59.99 is above Crosslist Diamond at $44.99, but Crosslist's pricing page does not list sharing or offers, so the two are not buying the same thing.

Who should pick which?

  • Pick Vendoo if you want unlimited items, auto-delist and the lowest entry price.
  • Pick Crosslist if eBay and Etsy are your main stores and you want those delisted from a server, and you are fine with a listing cap or paying for Diamond.
  • Try either on a handful of real items first. Crosslist gives you a 3-day money-back guarantee if you have created fewer than 20 listings; Vendoo gives you a 14-day trial.

If the computer being on is the sticking point for both, FLIPSAIL checks for sales from its servers, about every 30 minutes on paid plans, at $15 a month for one marketplace or $30 for all eight (pricing). It has no mobile app and no listing caps.
