How to Cross-List From Poshmark to Grailed
1. Decide if the item belongs on Grailed
Grailed rewards known designers and streetwear labels, vintage band and workwear pieces, and quality basics from brands its buyers follow. Mall brands and generic basics mostly sit there. If you would not put the brand in the first word of a search, leave the item on Poshmark.
2. Rewrite the title around the designer
Grailed has a separate designer field, so the title can describe the piece: model, color, material and season if you know it. Poshmark title "Carhartt WIP Detroit Jacket Brown Size M" becomes the designer "Carhartt WIP" plus the title "Detroit Jacket Hamilton Brown Canvas".
3. Use all 10 tags
Poshmark has nothing to carry over here. Add the model name, the style (workwear, gorpcore, archive), fabric, fit, and the era for vintage. Grailed search uses them, and a listing with empty tags loses to one that fills them. Our guide to how Grailed ranks listings covers the rest.
4. Add measurements and proof
Grailed buyers ask for pit to pit, length, shoulder and sleeve on tops, and waist, inseam, rise and leg opening on pants. Put them in the description before anyone asks. For designer pieces, photograph the collar tag, care label and any serial or season code.
5. Bump weekly, drop the price when it stalls
Poshmark sharing has no Grailed equivalent. Each listing gets one free bump every 7 days, and a price drop resurfaces it to buyers who follow or saved it. Bump on day 7 and drop the price in small steps after a few weeks without a sale.

Poshmark has a brand field, but its search and feeds lean on the title, so start the title with the brand and item type and add the size: "Our Legacy Borrowed Shirt Blue Oxford Size 50". Keep it under 80 characters.
2. Add photos and a video
Poshmark allows up to 16 photos and a short video. Keep your Grailed cover as the first photo, then add the fit and detail shots Poshmark buyers use to decide.
3. Price for offers
Poshmark takes 20% and most buyers send an offer. To net what an $80 Grailed sale pays ($71.92), list around $95 to $100 on Poshmark and accept offers down to about $90.
