- PrimeLister's Poshmark Automation runs in its cloud, and its docs say your computer can be off. FLIPSAIL shares from your Chrome while it's open and from our servers when it isn't, up to the same daily limit (8,000 by default). Offers, follows and relists carry on from our servers too.
- Finding sales and delisting
- FLIPSAIL checks for sales and delists on our servers, every 5 to 10 minutes on most marketplaces. PrimeLister's auto-delisting docs don't say where it runs or how often it checks. Its Auto Sync, which marks sold items Sold, runs once a day.
- Your Poshmark sign-in
- PrimeLister's Poshmark Automation connects with your Poshmark email and password, stored with 256-bit encryption, and Poshmark may text you a code. FLIPSAIL never asks for the password. It uses the sign-in already in your Chrome, and keeps it encrypted for the cloud.
No tool can promise your closet won't be flagged. Poshmark's Community Guidelines don't allow automation, and that includes PrimeLister.

Switch in three steps, without two tools on one closet
- Connect your marketplaces on a computer.Start free with Google, add the Chrome extension, and open each marketplace while signed in. Poshmark links without your password; eBay and Etsy use their own sign-in. There’s nothing to export from PrimeLister: FLIPSAIL reads the listings already live. Your 14-day trial starts at the first connection.
- Turn off PrimeLister’s Poshmark automations, then start FLIPSAIL’s.On PrimeLister’s Automations page, switch off its shares, follows and Offer to Likers. How much does PrimeLister cost?
On its pricing page and help docs (checked October 27, 2026): the Crosslister Tool is $49.99 a month or $399.96 a year, Poshmark Automation $25 a month or $240 a year, and eBay, Depop and Mercari Automation $15 a month each. Its site also lists Vinted and Whatnot plans at $15. Each is its own subscription, with no bundle, so the crosslister and the Poshmark bot together are $74.99 a month. FLIPSAIL is $30 a month for crosslisting and every automation on all 8 marketplaces ($306 a year), or $15 for one marketplace.
Does PrimeLister work with my computer off?
Its automations do. PrimeLister’s docs say Poshmark, eBay, Depop and Mercari Automation run in its cloud and your computer can be off. Crosslisting starts from Chrome on a computer, and Etsy, Grailed and Facebook Marketplace tasks run in its extension, so Chrome stays open until they finish. Its auto-delisting page doesn’t say where it runs. In FLIPSAIL, sharing, offers, sale checks and delisting run on our servers with the laptop closed. Vinted bumps and price drops are the exception: they need Chrome.
Which marketplaces does PrimeLister auto-delist on?
Poshmark (US and Canada), eBay, Mercari, Depop, Etsy and Shopify, per its auto-delisting docs (checked October 27, 2026). Grailed and Facebook Marketplace are “coming soon”, and Vinted and Whatnot aren’t in the Crosslister Tool (its separate Whatnot plan syncs sold items). FLIPSAIL delists on all 8 of its marketplaces: Poshmark, eBay, Depop, Mercari, Etsy, Grailed, Vinted and Whatnot. On eBay it ends single-quantity listings; a listing with more units left goes to your review list. PrimeLister handles that better: on Poshmark, Depop and eBay it lowers just the size that sold.
How quickly does each one find a sale?
PrimeLister’s docs don’t give a time. They say Auto Sync checks your marketplaces and marks sold items Sold once a day. During the trial and on paid plans, FLIPSAIL checks Poshmark, Vinted and Whatnot every 5 minutes and Depop and Mercari every 10, eBay tells us about a sale within seconds, and Grailed is checked every 4 to 12 hours. On the free plan, every 4 to 12 hours.
Can I run PrimeLister and FLIPSAIL together?
Yes, while you compare, but don’t let both run Poshmark sharing, follows or offers on the same closet. Leave PrimeLister’s Auto Delist on until FLIPSAIL has synced your listings, then switch it off store by store on its My Shops page.
Is Poshmark sharing automation allowed?
No. Poshmark’s Community Guidelines don’t allow automation, and that covers every sharing tool, PrimeLister and FLIPSAIL included. Use one at your own risk.
What do I give up by leaving PrimeLister?
Crosslisting to Facebook Marketplace and Shopify, its phone app, Poshmark bundle creation with bundle offers, and size-by-size delisting on multi-quantity listings. If those are what you use most, try FLIPSAIL alongside it before you cancel.
What happens after the FLIPSAIL trial?
You pick a plan or you don’t. Without one, crosslisting and the automations stop. Add a card (it isn’t charged) and sale detection keeps running free between 2 marketplaces, checked every 4 to 12 hours, with auto-delist for up to 100 active listings. With no card, FLIPSAIL stops and says so. Paid plans can be refunded on request within 14 days of your first payment.
